Jaypegery is built and run by one independent developer at Studio Ropewalk, LLC, a limited liability company registered in North Carolina, United States. This form goes straight to that person’s inbox, so there is no ticket queue and nobody else reads it.

What is worth writing about

  • A conversion that failed or looked wrong. The most useful report names the source format, the target format, the browser you used, and what you expected versus what you got. You do not need to send the file, and please do not, since we would rather not hold your images any more than the converter does.
  • A format or route we do not support. HEIC, TIFF and ICO come up most often. Whether a format is possible depends on whether browsers can decode it without shipping a large library, so tell us the use case and we will say honestly whether it is on the table.
  • Something in the guides that is wrong. Corrections are welcome and get made. If a claim about compression, transparency or metadata does not match what you observe, we would like to know.
  • Accessibility problems. If the converter is hard to use with a keyboard, a screen reader, or at high zoom, that is a bug and it gets priority.
  • Privacy and data requests. See the privacy policy for what we do and do not hold; requests sent here are answered within 30 days.

Response time

Usually a few days. This is one person’s side project, not a staffed support desk, so an answer may take longer during a busy week, but every message is read. Leave an email address if you want a reply.
